About Evergreen Property Management

Lake Nagawicka throws light around all evening in July, and the lawns on that side of Hartland stay green late into the season on the strength of it. Evergreen Property Management keeps those properties in trim — weekly mowing, close trimming around lakeside steps, stone and posts, edges cut in along walks and drives. Spring cleanup clears the sand and the winter mat; fall means getting the leaves off the turf before the first hard frost pins them there. This is ongoing care rather than one-time work, which is exactly how a yard ends up looking effortless. Hartland, Delafield, Nashotah, Chenequa and Oconomowoc make up the ground covered.
