About Sterman Services

Past the edge of Hartford the ground opens up around the municipal airport, small planes climbing over the fields, the sky doing whatever it decides that week. Sterman Services works underneath all of it. Through the growing months that means mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups on steady rotation; through winter it means plowing driveways, opening walkways and spreading salt when pavement turns glassy. Weather in this county changes character fast, and the only answer is showing up anyway. A lawn kept even all summer and a drive kept open all winter — one property, one set of hands, the whole calendar covered.
