Lance's Lawn Care

About Lance's Lawn Care

The old streets around Astor Park were laid out when silver maples were the whole idea of a neighborhood, and their roots still lift the terrace grass into small green waves. Lance's Lawn Care learns yards like those on foot — where shade thins the turf, where the strip between walk and curb wants a slower pass. On a July evening, when the heat finally lets go and the light comes sideways through the leaves, a freshly cut lawn on those blocks is one of the better things in Green Bay. Mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups: a plain list, done attentively, week after week. The result is what does the talking.
