About David J. Frank Landscape Contracting

On a clear October afternoon you can stand on the high ground west of Germantown and pick out the spires of Holy Hill across the moraine, floating over a county gone gold. David J. Frank Landscape Contracting works this landscape in both of its moods — mowing, trimming and cleanups while the ground is still growing, plowing and ice control once it isn't. Between the two lives one long transition: leaves off, borders squared away, everything set before the first push of winter. A lot opened at daybreak and a straight mow line in July come from the same instinct, which is to leave a place better arranged than you found it. Germantown gets the whole year of that.
