About aclawnandgutter

October in Gale is a spectacle — the bluffsides go copper and gold, and then, all at once, most of it ends up on the lawns below. aclawnandgutter spends the fall working through that harvest of leaves, clearing yards before the first wet snow can mat them into the grass. The rest of the year is a longer, greener stretch: regular mowing through the summer, trimming along foundations and fence lines, keeping the valley yards neat while the hills do their slow show overhead. It is a corner of Wisconsin where people notice the land, which means they notice a well-kept yard too. The work is done accordingly.
