About Rockworks Landscaping

Ellsworth calls itself the cheese curd capital of Wisconsin, but the town's other abundance is land — ridge after driftless ridge of it, with yards and properties tucked along the folds. Rockworks Landscaping earns its name on that terrain, where stone is part of the ground and part of the craft, and where a lawn kept green against a limestone rise looks twice as good for the contrast. Through the warm months the crew mows, trims, and maintains properties across the village and out along the county roads. Sloped yards, shaded corners, sun-baked south faces: each gets read and handled on its own terms. The result is the kind of grounds that make a drive through Pierce County worth slowing down for.
