About LandEx Company

Late October in Elkhorn is changeover week. The mowers come off the trailers, the plows go on the trucks, and for a few days the shop smells like both halves of the year at once — cut grass still on the decks, cold steel and hydraulic fluid going on. LandEx Company runs both sides: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups from the first green through the last leaf, then plowing, shoveling and salting drives and lots until the ground thaws. Bigger properties in particular need somebody who thinks in whole seasons rather than single visits, mapping where the snow will be stacked in January back in September. Doing it that way means the pavement is open in February and the turf comes back clean in April, which is exactly the point.
