Greg's Repair Lg

About Greg's Repair Lg

September is when a lawn tells the truth about its summer. The thin places under the maple, the bare track where the trailer parks, the tired stripe along the drive — all of it shows up plainly in the cool, damp Elkhorn mornings that are perfect for putting grass back. Greg's Repair Lg works that window, overseeding worn turf, filling the spots that quit in August, and mowing on through the fall while the new grass takes hold. Watching a bare patch knit itself green over three weeks is one of the better things about the trade. By the last cut of the year the lawn is thicker than it was in June, and it will come out of winter ahead instead of behind.
