About Delavan Landscaping

Delavan Lake is a few minutes west of Elkhorn, and by the Fourth of July the yards around it are working hard — full sun, sandy ground, boat trailers cutting the same corner of turf all summer long. Delavan Landscaping knows that particular wear pattern and mows and trims for it, keeping the grass thick enough to take the traffic and the edges clean enough to look like summer is under control. Landscape beds get the same attention: weeded, mulched, kept from creeping out over the walks. There is something worth doing in a lawn that stays green through a lake-country August, when everybody is outside on it every single day. Come fall the pace slows, the cleanups begin, and the yards go quiet again with the water.
