About BK Property Management

A property will look after itself for about a week, and then it starts telling on you — the grass leans, the edges soften, the beds go ragged at the corners. BK Property Management keeps ahead of that clock across Elkhorn, running mowing rotations that come around on schedule whether the owner is watching or not. There is a whole quiet geography to the work: the lots along the bypass, the tucked-in streets north of downtown, the country drives where the mailbox is a quarter mile from the door. Grounds care here means mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups done in the same order every visit, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets forgotten. Pulling away from a property that looks exactly as it should — that is the whole point of doing it this way.
