About AJ Outdoor Services, LLC

Late August in Elkhorn belongs to the fairgrounds — Labor Day weekend is coming, the county is on its way in, and every lawn between here and the highway wants cutting twice a week. AJ Outdoor Services keeps that pace, moving property to property while the corn stands tall out past the last row of houses and the evenings finally cool off enough to work late. Mowing, trimming, edging, hauling off what the season sheds: it is honest outdoor work, and it shows up as a yard the owner is glad to pull into. The best part of the job is the last look back from the truck, when the stripes lie even and the driveway edge runs true. Come October the pace eases, the cleanups start, and the same care goes into putting a yard down for winter.
