Scheidler Land Services and Tree Removal

About Scheidler Land Services and Tree Removal

Morning in Eleva collects in the coulee, fog lying along the Buffalo River bottom while the ridge farms are already in sun. Scheidler Land Services and Tree Removal works both elevations: bur oak and shagbark on steep sidehills where a tree must be roped rather than dropped, and the box elder and silver maple down near the water that come out faster and easier. Trimming keeps a farmyard maple off the machine shed, and pruning shapes a young tree before its habits set for good. When a driftless thunderstorm follows the valley through and lays a trunk across the lane, clearing it becomes the first order of the morning no matter what else was on the list. The satisfaction is a hillside that looks the way it always did, minus the thing hanging over the house.
