About GK Lawn

July in the Randall Park streets is deep shade and heat, big-crowned trees over old boulevards and lawns growing in a hundred small light conditions at once. GK Lawn reads those yards square by square: mowing at a height the shade can carry, trimming around roots and iron fences, edging the boulevard strip so the sidewalk keeps its shape. In a Wisconsin summer a lawn can jump inches after one warm rain, and the route runs to stay ahead of that rather than chase it. Spring and fall cleanups bracket the season, clearing what winter left and then the enormous leaf drop these old blocks deliver. The result is unfussy and steady, week to week: cut, cleaned up, gone.
