Northern Dreamscape

About Northern Dreamscape

October in Eagle River smells of woodsmoke and tart berries, when the town throws its Cranberry Fest and nearby marshes flood crimson for the harvest. Northern Dreamscape works through that brief bright season, gathering fallen maple leaves, giving the grass a last cut and readying yards to spend months beneath snow. Tamaracks turn gold along the low ground, the light goes amber by midafternoon, and a groomed lawn under that glow is a finished thought. Nothing gets left matted or ragged before the freeze, so the first warm week of spring can start fresh. It is lawn care done with one eye on the calendar and the other on how beautiful a Northwoods fall can be.
