About Long's Landscaping

Early May at the Delavan Lake inlet, the marsh grass greens almost overnight and every lawn in town wakes up at once. Long's Landscaping meets that rush with the first cuts of the year, then settles into the rhythm of it: mowing, string-trimming, edging, mulch worked into the beds, and the cleanups that clear winter's leftovers off the turf. A yard raked out, cut down and edged along the walk looks lighter, as though the whole house exhaled. That first mow of the season is the sweetest one, and the last in November carries its own kind of quiet. Delavan, Williams Bay, Fontana, Elkhorn and Darien.
