About Westein Property Maintenance, LLC

June in De Pere is the long green stretch — rain pushing up the valley off the bay every few days, the low ground near the river holding the damp, and the grass putting on a week of growth in about three days. Westein Property Maintenance, LLC works that whole stretch, from the first flush in May to the slow weeks of September. Mowing on a set rotation, trimming tight around trees, posts and foundations, edges held along the walks — nothing complicated, just done every single time. Wisconsin grass will run away from you in a wet summer, so the schedule is most of the craft. The payoff comes late in the afternoon, when the light goes sideways across a fresh-cut lawn and the mowing lines stand up like corduroy.
