Selner Tree & Shrub Care

About Selner Tree & Shrub Care

Some of the worst of it arrives in the dark — a clipper dropping down the bay out of the northwest, an inch an hour, the wind stacking drifts across De Pere driveways while the town sleeps. Selner Tree & Shrub Care is awake for that part. Snow removal is a night trade: headlights, a blade, the same route in the same order, drives opened and walkways cleared so the first thing a person sees at daybreak is bare pavement where the snow used to be. When the drifts finally give up the ground and the soil softens, the work turns to lawn care — mowing on schedule, trimming the edges back, keeping the grass even all the way through a Wisconsin summer. Both jobs come down to the same thing, which is showing up on the day the weather says to.
