About River City Property Maintenance LLC

Two main streets face each other across the water in De Pere, and on a late-August evening the Claude Allouez Bridge carries the whole town back and forth between them — George Street on one bank, the west side on the other. River City Property Maintenance LLC works both banks. In the green months that means mowing on a steady rotation, trimming close along foundations and fences, staying ahead of the growth that the heat settling in the river valley brings on. In the cold months it means the plow: an early route through those same neighborhoods, a lot opened up before the first car turns in, a walk cleared while it is still dark out. The measure of the work is simple — a yard someone is glad to pull up to, and a driveway that never made anybody late.
