About Four winds property maintenance llc.

Wind decides a great deal in De Pere. A southwest breeze in July dries a lawn faster than the forecast admits; a northeast one in January will refill a driveway an hour after it was plowed. Four winds property maintenance llc. works both ends of that — mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanups through the growing months, then snow plowing, walk shoveling and ice treatment once drifting starts across the open ground west of town. Drifted drives get pushed back wide on the first pass so there is somewhere to put the next storm. It is plain work at odd hours, and the result is a property that stays usable no matter which direction the weather comes from.
