About Mertens Properties, LLC

Come April the ice goes off Lake Noquebay and the highway up from Green Bay fills with people opening places that sat closed since November. Mertens Properties, LLC handles both ends of that year: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups through the warm months, plowing and sanding once the shutters go back up. Caring for a property somebody only sees on weekends means noticing what they cannot, a drift building where it should not, a lawn edge blurring off into the brush. The satisfaction is in the arrival, when the drive is clear, the grass is cut, and nothing needs fixing before the weekend can start. Crivitz rewards that kind of attention.
