Greg's Repair

About Greg's Repair

There is a light on in the shop before there is any light in the sky, which is generally how you know it snowed. Greg's Repair keeps machinery running around Cameron, and when the plow is the machine that matters, the truck goes out with it — driveways opened, walks cleared, salt down wherever the ice is setting up. Anyone who fixes equipment for a living tends to be the one still moving at hour six of a storm, because they know exactly what the machine will take. A Barron County winter tests both the iron and the person running it. By the time the highway crews have the shoulders squared away, the village driveways are already black pavement.
