About Girard Lawn Care

Out past the last streetlight, the roads toward Honey Creek run between open fields, and that is where Burlington's snow gets interesting — a three-inch storm can stack a knee-high drift across a driveway by morning. Girard Lawn Care plows those approaches, clears the walks, and puts salt down along the north side of a house where ice hangs on into the afternoon. Winter here does not knock; it comes in on a west wind sometime after midnight and is done before anyone needs to leave. Being there first is the whole job. There is a quiet pride in a customer stepping outside with a shovel and finding nothing left to do with it.
