About Mikes Mowing LLC

On July mornings the Great River Road hums past Buffalo City — boat trailers, motorcycles, cottonwood fluff drifting over everything like slow snow. Mikes Mowing LLC works the town behind that hum, cutting lawns that slope toward the water and trimming around docks, flagpoles, and garden fences. Come the real snow, the mower yields to the plow, and the same driveways that pointed toward summer on the river get opened for school buses and shift work instead. It is river-town work in both directions: keep the green neat, keep the white out of the way. The rounds run up and down this stretch of the Great River Road, from Buffalo City through Cochrane and the neighboring river towns.
