About Blue Truck Lawn Services

Summer arrives on the west side of Brookfield the way the Fox River moves — slowly, and then all at once green. Mornings begin with dew still silvering the blades and burn off before the first yard is finished. There is a plain satisfaction in grass cut straight, the walk edged clean along its whole run, the clippings gathered and gone. Blue Truck Lawn Services keeps that weekly rhythm through the growing months for yards from the river flats to the streets east of town. By evening the light lies long across the cut lawn and the place looks like somebody cared for it, because somebody did.
