About Bristle Pipes Home Services

At four in the morning on 75th Street the world is two colors: amber from the beacons and blue-black everywhere else. That is the hour Bristle Pipes Home Services works, clearing driveways and lots along the Highway 50 corridor before the first commuters roll toward I-94. Snow comes to Bristol on a hard west wind and stacks itself in long ridges across the open ground, and undoing that overnight takes plowing, hand shoveling at the walks, and salt where the steps ice over. The reward is small and complete: a black driveway, a swept stoop, a car that backs out without a struggle. By sunrise the truck is quiet again and the village wakes to bare pavement.
