Once winter takes hold the work is driveways and walkways opened early and kept open, with ice control where shade keeps pavement slick past noon. Then the thaw arrives, the river runs loud, and the grass wants cutting again, the trim lines walked, the borders cut back sharp from April to frost. Same crew, same streets, the whole circle of a year in one town.
