About Sun-Set West Landscaping and Caretaking

The name is earned honestly: from the west side of Little Arbor Vitae Lake, the sun goes down over the water nearly every clear evening of the year. Sun-Set West Landscaping and Caretaking looks after the properties that watch it happen — tending lawns through the bright months, plowing drives and shoveling walks when the Northwoods buries itself. Many of the places here stand empty between visits, so the work is often done for an audience of chickadees, which suits it fine. A cabin arrives to a mowed yard in July and an open driveway in January, as if the place had simply kept itself. It hadn't. Somebody was here.
