About FISCHER'S MAINTENANCE LLC

Two highways cross in Antigo, and the year seems to pivot with the same plainness they do. One week the mower is still going out; the next, the sky over Highway 64 turns that flat pewter color and the plow mount gets checked. FISCHER'S MAINTENANCE LLC lives on both sides of that turn — cutting and edging lawns while the light is long, then keeping drives and walks open once the light gets short. A yard that was trimmed to a crisp line in August is the same yard scraped down to bare pavement in January, and there is a quiet pride in knowing it either way. Langlade County does not do half a winter or half a summer, so neither does the work.
