About Amherst Excavating LLC

Amherst Junction took its name from the spot where railroad lines once met, and it still has the feel of a crossroads, with roads running flat and straight past fields where irrigation rigs stand idle under the snow like long steel skeletons. When winter fills those roads and drives, Amherst Excavating LLC turns from excavating to snow removal, clearing driveways and lots throughout the village. Wind has room to roam here, and it can refill a lane by noon if the banks are left close. Open, square, generous clearing, with space to back out and turn, is the goal. Junction towns have always been about getting somewhere, and that starts with a drive you can actually use.
