About Property Works MML, LLC

February in Adams County can turn on an hour — a gray sky over Castle Rock Lake, then snow riding the wind up Highway 13. Property Works MML, LLC plows through those nights, taking driveways and walks in Adams and Friendship down to clean pavement before the town stirs. Come May the same routes turn green, and the blade gives way to mowers, keeping lawns tight from the old rail corridor downtown out to the cottage roads. The sandy ground dries quickly after rain, so a mowing day rarely goes to waste. It is a small city with long seasons on either end, and this outfit works both of them.
