About Yakima Valley Property Care LLC

The old teapot-shaped filling station still sits beside the highway at Zillah, which tells you something about a town that holds onto its landmarks. Yakima Valley Property Care LLC looks after lawns across this stretch of the valley, where winter arrives as a hard, clear cold that puts the grass to sleep for months. When it wakes, the work starts in earnest: mowing on a set rotation, trimming around posts and trees, edging the walks, clearing every clipping off the pavement. Zillah summers run long, bright and unforgiving, and a lawn only stays even under that sun if somebody is consistent about it. Being that somebody, week after week, is the job.
