About Guerrero’s Lawn Service LLC

August at noon in the lower valley is a serious proposition — the heat stands still, the shade under a locust tree is worth something, and everything green is running on borrowed water. Guerrero's Lawn Service LLC works those days on the early side, moving through Yakima and the towns south of it before the afternoon turns heavy. Mowing, edging, trimming and hauling off the cuttings is the whole of it, done in a rhythm that keeps lawns from ever falling behind. Grass cut a touch high in that heat holds its color, and the edges still come out clean where the turf meets the drive. Finishing a route in that kind of weather and looking back at a row of good yards is its own reward.
