About Gonzalez Lawn Care Services

Early spring in the Fruitvale end of Yakima has a particular smell — wet ground finally warming, cottonwood, and the first cut grass of the year. Gonzalez Lawn Care Services opens the season there and carries it all the way to the last leaf, mowing, edging, trimming and clearing yards on a steady rotation. Lawns near the ball fields and older streets get hard use, so the cut height and the timing matter as much as the mowing itself. Every visit ends with the walks and drives blown clean, because a clipping on the concrete undoes the look of an hour's work. It's a plain trade with a visible result, and the result is the payoff.
