About Blue Line Land Works LLC

Woodland wakes up slow in December, fog pooling over the Lewis River bottoms before the sun clears Mount St. Helens' shoulder to the east. Blue Line Land Works works that same low hour, plow blade down along the farm lanes off Dike Access Road while the dahlia fields sit dormant under their frost. By the time the bridge into town fills with commuters heading for I-5, the driveways along the floodplain are already scraped to bare gravel. There's a particular satisfaction in a clean line cut through white on a river-bottom road, a straight edge where minutes before there was only drift. The crew knows which culverts ice first and which farm gates freeze shut, and plans the route around it.
