About A HOFMANN HANDYMAN COMPANY

When the east wind comes down the Gorge and turns the corner at Washougal, it can strip the maples in an afternoon and lay a whole month of leaves across the side streets off Highway 14. A HOFMANN HANDYMAN COMPANY keeps those yards mowed, edged and trimmed, and clears the fallen mess off grass and walkways once the wind has finished with it. Autumn here is loud and then suddenly very quiet, and a lawn that comes out the far side clipped and clear has plainly had someone looking after it. The work is unglamorous — a pass with the mower, a line cut sharp along the curb, the drive blown off — and it is exactly what makes a house look cared for from the street. Washougal earns its weather; the lawns just need somebody willing to keep showing up.
