About Mountain View Tree Service

Walla Walla lies in a bowl of wheat hills with the Blue Mountains banked along its eastern rim, and the town underneath is a canopy town — locusts and sycamores over the old streets, poplars marking the section lines out toward the vineyards. Mountain View Tree Service tends that canopy: pruning shade trees so they hold their form through a hot valley summer, trimming crowns back from rooflines and alleys. Removal comes for the tree gone hollow or grown into a house, and it is taken apart with the beds beneath it kept intact. Thunderstorms drop off the Blues in a hurry; storm damage cleanup pulls the limbs out of the Mill Creek neighborhoods before the water is out of the gutters. In this valley the difference between a street and a shaded street is worth real work.
