About Riedmann Enterprises LLC

Some of Vashon's oldest properties are still working farms — sheep pasture, a llama or two, rows of apple trees planted well before anyone thought to call this a bedroom community. Riedmann Enterprises clears the driveways and farm lanes on those properties when snow catches the island, working around fence lines and water troughs that need to stay accessible no matter the weather. Frost lingers longest in the low pasture bottoms here, silvering the grass well past sunrise while the orchard rows above stay simply white. This kind of clearing is slower than a subdivision cul-de-sac, done gate by gate, but it keeps a farm running through the one or two weeks a year when Vashon actually looks like it could be somewhere colder.
