About New Leaf Crawl Space Solutions

Fruit Valley sits low and close to the river, and on a cold night the damp that gathers in a crawl space down there feels different from the cold out on the street above it. New Leaf Crawl Space Solutions spends most of its year working underneath houses, but when a freeze hits, the same crews clear driveways and front walks so a homeowner can actually get to their own door without the trip turning into an incident. It's a smaller part of the business, added because the properties they already know are the ones most likely to call when ice takes hold overnight. The work is plain — scrape, shovel, salt — done with the same care the crew brings to a job nobody ever sees under the house. A clear path to the door counts for just as much as anything going on underneath it, especially on the one or two mornings a year Vancouver actually needs both.
