Grime Busters Wash

About Grime Busters Wash

Highway 99 through Hazel Dell carries a lot of foot traffic in and out of its strip of shops, and a patch of ice on one of those sidewalks doesn't stay a small problem for long. Grime Busters Wash clears the sidewalks and driveways along that stretch the same way it handles a stain elsewhere in the year — thoroughly, start to finish, without leaving a slick patch for someone to find. Ice gets broken up and hauled off rather than just pushed to the edge of the lot, since a pile of refrozen snow at the property line is just as dangerous as the ice it replaced. The crew moves fast along a strip like this, because a dozen storefronts all need the same work done before the first customers arrive. By midmorning the sidewalks along Hazel Dell are just bare gray concrete again, and the ice that put shoppers at risk two hours earlier is already forgotten.
