Distinctive Landscape

About Distinctive Landscape

Carter Park and Shumway keep their old bones — deep porches, boxwood, hedges shaped by somebody's hand long before anyone thought to write it down. Distinctive Landscape works to that standard: hedges and shrubs cut to a true line, lawns brought level, edges run along every walk and bed so nothing blurs. On June evenings the light comes in low and sideways and shows every wobble in a hedge, which makes for a useful test. Detail is the point here, and detail is exactly what people notice from the sidewalk.
