About Javier Tree Services & Landscaping LLC

Morning in University Place arrives as fog first, sliding up the bluff from Puget Sound until the green below Chambers Bay is only a rumor. Javier Tree Services & Landscaping LLC is out in it early, mower decks already wet, laying the first clean stripes of the day while the Olympics wait across the water to show themselves. Lawn care here is mowing, edging and trimming done with an eye for how grass runs fast on the shaded north sides and slow where the gravel holds the sun. By the time the fog burns off and the light finds the yard, the edge along the front walk is crisp enough to run a finger down. That is the part worth doing right: a lawn that reads as cared for from the sidewalk and feels like it underfoot.
