About Lawn Lifts

The first cut of the year around Trosper Lake usually lands in March, when the rain lets up for an afternoon and the grass is already ankle deep. Lawn Lifts goes out for it with a mower, a trimmer, an edger and a rake for the winter's matted litter. A Tumwater lawn coming out of the wet months looks lost until somebody takes an inch off and gives it a border again. After that pass the whole yard looks lifted, which is the entire idea. From there it is steady work into spring: cut, edge, clear, come back.
