MARTINEZ LANDSCAPING

About MARTINEZ LANDSCAPING

On the hill streets above Riverton, the yards tilt toward the ravine where Gilliam Creek runs out of sight under the trees, and a jet comes over low enough to count the wheels. MARTINEZ LANDSCAPING mows those slopes, which is a different job than mowing flat ground — footing, angle, the trimmer doing the work the mower can't reach. Slopes are also where a clean finish shows most, every band of cut grass laid out plain from the street. Late spring is the hardest stretch, when a week of rain makes the growth double back on itself. The crew keeps at it anyway, and the yard comes back level and tidy.
