About Total Property Services

Up on Hilltop the murals along Martin Luther King Jr. Way carry a lot of the neighborhood's own story in color, and the streets below them run steep enough in places that a hard freeze turns a normal walk to the corner store into something to think twice about. Total Property Services covers that ground and more across the city, taking on whatever a property needs once winter shows up — driveways, front steps, the walk along the sidewalk the city expects a homeowner to keep clear. It's a mixed neighborhood of old apartment buildings and single homes, so no two jobs on the same block look quite alike. Work here goes block by block, a duplex's shared walk getting the same attention as a house with its own long drive. Hilltop keeps moving through the cold the way it does through everything else — steadily, and mostly on foot.
