About PNW Lawn Care Services - Tacoma

October rain comes in off the Sound sideways here, pushing up from Dash Point in long gray sheets that soak a lawn faster than it can drain. PNW Lawn Care Services - Tacoma works with that weather instead of waiting it out — mowing between cells, keeping blades sharp so wet grass gets cut rather than torn, and clearing the clippings before they turn to felt. Edges are cut back along the walks, the trimmer takes the fence lines and the drip zones under the firs, and leaves get pulled off the turf while they still lift. It is the kind of place where a lawn will grow into November if somebody stays on it, and stall out under a mat of maple leaves if nobody does. Spring brings the other half of the year: the beds opened, the borders redrawn, the first true cuts of the season. Northwest ground, on Northwest terms.
