About Madrid Lawn Service LLC

By late August the grass around Wapato Lake has gone tawny at its edges, and every lawn on the streets above it wants a careful hand rather than a hard cut. Madrid Lawn Service LLC keeps that stretch of south Tacoma on a steady rotation — mowing high through the dry weeks, edging the driveway aprons back to a true line, trimming around plum trees and chain-link, lifting the cuttings before they mat down into the crown. When the rain returns and the lawns come back the color of new money, the mowing height drops and the beds get weeded out for the season. Autumn work is leaves, borders and a last tidy pass so the yard rests clean. Small blocks, ordinary houses, and the plain pleasure of a lawn that looks looked-after.
