Chipo's lawn service

About Chipo's lawn service

Saturday morning on the east side, and the ravine at Swan Creek still holds its cool air while the lawns above it dry off. Chipo's lawn service takes the yards up on that ridge — mowing, edging, string trimming along fences and the blackberry line, hedge trimming, weeding beds, and clearing walks and drives before leaving. The ground out here rolls, so mowing becomes a question of angles and overlapping passes rather than straight lines, and getting a hillside to look even is a small quiet victory. Grass barely stops growing in a Tacoma winter, which means the route runs nearly the whole calendar and only the pace changes. Return to a yard often enough and it begins to hold its shape on its own, which is the part worth doing.
