About Aardvark Bark Blowing & Landscape Services, LLC

There is a particular kind of Tacoma spring morning when the drizzle backs off long enough to fill the beds, and a whole block ends up smelling of fresh bark and turned soil. Aardvark Bark Blowing & Landscape Services, LLC lives for those days, running line from the truck down driveways and side gates in Fern Hill and Fircrest to lay mulch around rhododendrons a wheelbarrow would take all afternoon to reach. Between bark days comes the ordinary rhythm: mowing, edging, string trimming, shaping shrubs, pulling weeds out of the borders before they get ideas. Rain here does the watering and the mess in equal measure, so clearing up is half the job and all of the finish. A yard mulched dark and mown tight in April still holds that look deep into July, and it is a satisfying thing to drive past.
