Sonshine Tree Care

About Sonshine Tree Care

Out on the Stanwood flats the Stillaguamish spreads toward Port Susan, and every winter the snow geese come down onto the fields in white sheets. Sonshine Tree Care works the farm edges and the town blocks between the river and Camano Island: tree removal along fence lines and barn lots, trimming that pulls a crown back off a roof, pruning young trees so they can take a wind that crosses the delta unbroken. When a blow off the sound lays a cottonwood across a driveway, storm damage cleanup opens the lane and stacks the rounds where they can be split. River silt and salt air make for fast growth and heavy limbs, and both get respected up in the tree. A well-kept tree out here is a windbreak, a shade line and a landmark all at once.
