C&C Yard Care

About C&C Yard Care

Out in Spokane Valley the land opens up flat and wide between the hills, and a storm that drops six inches downtown can leave eight out along the old highway grid. C&C Yard Care works that flatter ground at midday, once the morning's first pass has had time to show where the wind piled the real drifts. The driveways out there tend to run long, built for the acreage lots that still dot the valley floor, and the crew paces the work accordingly, plow first and shovel behind for the tight corners near the garage. By early afternoon the light flattens out over the open fields, and every cleared driveway throws a long blue shadow across white ground. It's unhurried work suited to unhurried country, and it gets done right because there's room out there to do it that way.
